Hi everyone! I’m Jess, and I work at The Crafty Place Studio. When my boss, Melissa, and I discovered Annie’s work with Girls Club, we knew it would be the perfect addition to everything we already love offering our community. At The Crafty Place, we’ve created a welcoming space where kids can come to celebrate birthdays, join Craft Club, make friends, and be themselves. We love watching children grow with our programming, and bringing Girls Club to our studio felt like the natural next step in that journey.
I’ve always loved being someone others can turn to for support. As the designated Girls Club teacher at The Crafty Place, I’m excited to help create a space where girls feel comfortable having open, honest conversations, building confidence, and learning more about themselves. Girls Club creates the kind of conversations I wish had been more common when I was growing up, and I’m honored to help create that for the next generation.
Outside of the studio, I’m a proud mom to my amazing 5-year-old son! I love baking, crafting, and making memories on fun trips with my family.
I can’t wait to meet all of the girls who join us and be part of their journey!
