Sarah Watson

Sarah Watson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist with 15 years of clinical experience. As a Certified Girls Club Trainer, she brings her passion for honest, shame-free education to girls in grades 3-7 across Metro Detroit. Sarah is dedicated to helping girls navigate puberty with confidence, understanding, and the support she wishes she’d had growing up. When Sarah is not in her office or teaching a class you can find her with her daughter, husband and family in Northern Michigan or drinking coffee and reading a good book!
