I’m Olivia — somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, and someone who has spent years helping women come home to their bodies. And for a long time I’ve been asking myself: what if girls had this *before* the confusion started? Before the shame crept in? Before anyone told them their body was something to be managed or hidden?
This fall, I’m opening the Wichita chapter of Girls Club.
Girls Club is a safe, celebratory space for girls in 3rd and 4th grade — a place to learn about their bodies, understand what’s coming, and be surrounded by a community of girls walking the exact same path. A place where getting your period isn’t something awkward that happens to you — it’s a rite of passage that gets celebrated.
