Morgan Siebs is a Certified Girls Club Teacher, yoga teacher, and yoga therapist-in-training with a background in medicine and a passion for helping people better understand and feel at home in their bodies. She earned her medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine and completed additional training in Family Medicine before choosing a path outside of clinical medical practice. Today, she brings that foundation in anatomy, physiology, and whole-person health into her work in yoga, education, and community facilitation.
As a Girls Club teacher, Morgan is passionate about giving girls accurate, age-appropriate information about puberty while creating a space where questions are welcome, bodies are celebrated, and growing up feels a little less mysterious. She believes understanding what’s happening in your body can be an important foundation for confidence, self-trust, and lifelong well-being.
