Hi! I’m Dr. Krystle Balduzzi, a board-certified pediatrician, lifelong educator, and proud mom of two girls.
For years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside families through every stage of childhood—from newborn visits to the exciting (and sometimes confusing!) transition into puberty. One of my favorite parts of being a pediatrician is teaching. I love helping children understand how their amazing bodies work and giving parents the tools to navigate these conversations with confidence.
When I discovered Girls Club, I knew it was something I wanted to bring to our community. Too often, girls enter puberty feeling nervous, embarrassed, or unsure of what’s happening to their bodies. My goal is to change that.
Girls Club of San Joaquin is a welcoming, judgment-free space where girls can learn about puberty in an age-appropriate, engaging, and empowering way. Through hands-on activities, open conversations, and plenty of laughter, girls will build confidence, develop a positive body image, and discover that growing up is something to celebrate—not fear.
As both a pediatrician and a mom, I understand how important it is for girls to have trusted adults who can answer questions honestly and compassionately. I’m honored to be part of that journey and can’t wait to meet your daughter.
